Established in 1993, fund recognizes a graduating high school senior exhibiting exceptional athletic talent. Fund recipient must be nominated by an Athletic Director from a high school in Hancock, Harrison, or Jackson County; maintained a minimum 2.5 GPA; be a positive role model displaying good sportsmanship and service to the community; and have a financial need. Scholarship applications accepted annually from January 1st thru March 31st. Applications available through Athletic Directors and Head Coaches of high schools located in Harrison, Hancock, and Jackson counties.
  Donate Harold & Mary Perlman Scholarship Fund
Established in 2006, charitable contributions to the fund provide scholarships to undergraduate or graduate students who plan to attend or are currently attending William Carey College, University of Southern Mississippi, or any campus of the MS Gulf Coast Community College. Minimum 3.0 grade point average required (based on a 4.0 scale); must reside in Harrison, Hancock, Jackson, or Stone County; provide evidence of financial need. Applicants must have participated in extra- curricular and/or community activities. Three references required. Scholarship applications accepted annually from January 1st thru March 31st.

Established in 2019,fund awards scholarships to Harrison Central High School basketball student athletes preparing for post-secondary education institutions or trade school (i.e. beauty, barber, trade) programs. Annual scholarship awards ($1,000) made to one male and one female varsity basketball student athlete.

10/8/2021 Mr. Ivan Spinner requested that he no longer wishes to fund a scholarship for Kelly Dance Steps and wishes to increase the Biloxi High School and D'Iberville High School Cheer Scholarship form $2,500 to $5,000. Mr. Spinner wishes to keep the Dance Team Scholarship's at $5,000 as in the past for both Biloxi High and D'Iberville High School. (Update by Lisa Birmingham 10/8/2021) Established in 2018, charitable contributions provide for a $5,000 college education scholarship to a member of the D’Iberville or Biloxi High School dance teams. A $2,500 college education scholarship is also available a member of the D’Iberville or Biloxi High School cheer leading teams. No ACT minimum required; applicants must display strong leadership qualities and community involvement. Financial need also a factor. Applications accepted annually from December 1 thru January 31.

  Donate Rotary Club of Biloxi Scholarship
Charitable contributions fund scholarship grants to graduating seniors of Biloxi High School, St. Patrick Catholic High School, Mississippi School of Math & Science, or home schooled senior student. Student must be registered with the County Attendance Office & parent or legal guardian resides in Biloxi; any graduating senior whose parent is a member of the Rotary Club of Biloxi. Students were evaluated on academics, leadership, community service & financial need.
  Donate Rotary Club of Gulfport Endowment Fund
Charitable contributions fund scholarship grants to graduating seniors; a resident of Gulfport, have minimum 24 ACT composite score or have minimum 1,100 SAT combined total score. Students with a full athletic scholarship, attending a U.S. military service academy, or are children of Rotarians are not eligible. Maximum of four finalists will be selected; awards are two $8,000 scholarships ($1,000 per semester for four years) and two $1,000 scholarships.
